Summer Camp Programs
Our fantastic fun-filled summer camps are filled with great theme weeks, gymnastics circuits and games for ages 4-12. Our super energetic coaches lead a variety of tumbling and trampoline, sports, games, and gymnastics activities! Complimentary before and after camp child care. Each child receives a free T'shirt!

What to bring to camp

Full Day Campers bring one snack for the morning, one for the afternoon and a lunch. No peanut/nut products please

Half Day Campers bring one snack.

Water bottle with your child's name on it.

Sunscreen and a hat.
What to wear

Comfortable, stretchy clothing, bodysuits, or form fitting shorts and t shirts.

This summer, Gymtastics invites you to participate in our exciting skill-specific training classes! These sessions are designed to enhance your gymnastics abilities, whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, registration is open to all skill levels.
When: Every Thursday, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Cost: $30.00 per class
Thursday July 10th – Flexibility training
Flexibility training enhances your range of motion, prevents injuries, and improves body control. Learn how to safely stretch and condition your muscles for better performance both in and out of the gym.
Thursday July 17th – Pullover training
Master the fundamental pullover skill on the bars! This session focuses on building core strength, coordination, and arm power to help you swing over the bar with precision.
Thursday July 24th – Conditioning
Build the strength, endurance, and power needed for gymnastics. This class targets specific muscle groups, improving your muscle tone, flexibility, and overall performance.
Thursday July 31st – Kip drills
Learn the kip, a foundational bar skill. This session emphasizes timing, core strength, and body positioning to prepare you for more advanced bar routines.
Thursday August 7th – Cartwheels and roundoffs
Develop essential tumbling skills like cartwheels and roundoffs. These moves enhance strength, coordination, and balance, providing a solid foundation for advanced tumbling techniques.
Thursday August 14th – Bridge and walkovers
This class focuses on building flexibility, strength, and control. Learn the bridge and walkover, skills essential for floor routines and acrobatic movements.
Thursday August 21st – Leaps, Jumps and Turns
Elevate your routines with leaps, jumps, and turns! This session improves flexibility, balance, and rotational control, key components of any gymnast's performance.
