PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS

Ages 10 months - 5 years

GYMTASTICS  preschool programs focus on developing the whole child in a fun and stimulating environment. Every week follows a different theme such as pajama party day, funny hair-do day, dinosaur day… the list goes on. Along with the theme of the week, coaches will display skills and gymnastics circuits that will allow the children to learn in a progressive and encouraging manor. 

 

*Please note: Younger siblings in a child carrier, car seat or stroller will not be allowed on the gym floor.

Children in car seats or strollers must not be left unattended. Childcare is not available.

GymTeenies

Babies, Ages 10 months - 17 months  45 minutes per week (with parent or guardian)

The GymTeenies program focuses on basic movement skills developing muscles for walking and balancing in a fun and stimulating environment. This is a body movement class for both parent and child. This program introduces the Teenies to music, activities and simple circuits in the encouraging presence of his or her parent or guardian.

*Parents are heavily involved in activities throughout the class.

Waivers must be signed at the gym before class for the parent/guardian that is assisting. Only one parent per child allowed in the class. 

1 to 12 coach/child ratio

GymTots

Ages 18 months - 30 months
 
1 hour per week (with parent or guardian)

The GymTots program focuses on developing the whole child in a fun and stimulating semi-structured environment. This program introduces the Tots to motor development progressions of basic gymnastics in the encouraging presence of his or her parent or guardian. 

 

*Parents are heavily involved in assisting and spotting

their child on the equipment throughout the class.

Waivers must be signed at the gym before class for the parent/guardian that is assisting.

  Only one parent per child allowed in the class.

Ages 2 - 4 years
1 hour per week (with parent or guardian)

GymTykes

The GymTykes program focuses on developing the whole child in a fun and stimulating environment. This program introduces the Tykes to basic gymnastics skills in the encouraging presence of their parent or guardian, using creative weekly themes and equipment to bring out the child's imagination. Through age appropriate activities, the child is learning and developing routine, discipline, structure and safety. 1 to 12 coach/child ratio.

*Parents are heavily involved in assisting and spotting

their child on the equipment throughout the class.

Waivers must be signed at the gym before class for the parent/guardian that is assisting. Only one parent per child allowed in the class.

GymTidbits

1 hour per week (unparented)
Ages 3-4 years

The GymTidbit program focuses on developing the whole child in a fun and stimulating environment. This program introduces Tidbits to more advanced gymnastics basics with the emphasis on building their self-esteem through independence. Through our age appropriate activities and weekly theme circuits the child is learning and developing routine, discipline, structure and safety. 1 to 8 coach/child ratio. 

1 to 6 coach/child ratio

 One parent is asked to remain available to assist their child if necessary. 

Waivers must be signed for the participant and the parent that is assisting

GymTwinklers

Ages 4 - 6 years
1 hour per week (unparented)

The GymTwinklers program specializes in developing the whole child in the way they act, move, think and feel. This creative environment teaches and motivates the child to learn the fun, fitness and fundamentals of gymnastics. The emphasis of the Twinklers program is skill development on equipment through our creative theme oriented circuits and group interaction with peers.

1 to 8 coach/child ratio

GymTerrifics
(Not offered at this time)

Ages 4 to 6 years
 
1.25 hours per week (unparented)

The GymTerrifics program focuses on developing the whole child cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically. This program introduces children to the fitness and fundamentals of gymnastics with emphasis on developing advanced skills, form, technique and confidence.

 

*Instructor recommendation required

The Tiny Gym Ninjas program teaches foundational Parkour skills, obstacle course challenges and incorporates gymnastics skills taught in both the artistic (Can Gym) and the tumbling and trampoline (Can Jump) programs. Tiny Gym Ninjas learn to vault, climb, roll and propel themselves with judgment, agility and style.
