WOMEN'S PRE-COMPETITIVE AND COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS

GYMTASTICS offers top quality, progressive gymnastics programs for girls ages 4 to 18. Starting with our pre-competitive gymnastics program up to our National level athlete. We are proud of our positive team atmosphere at GYMTASTICS.

Ages 3.5 - 5 years
(10 month commitment)

GymTiger Cat and Cubs

This is a girls pre-competitive program. The key components and focus of this advanced program is on basic skills, strength and conditioning. The girls will learn discipline, technical gymnastics and dance with the emphasis on detail and form. Although more technical, we throw in some fun activities needed to motivate this young age group.

TeamStars Xcel Program

This compettive program focuses on physical preparation and skill development. This program is a competitive program that incorporates technical skills, routines, strength, conditioning and dance.

Women's Competitive 
 

(1 year commitment)
+Levels 2-6
Ages 5 + years
 

These gymnasts compete in their levels and age categories. They learn technical skills, routines, strength, conditioning and dance. The girls compete their routines on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor. The main goal of this program is to represent

Alberta at Westerns and Nationals.
